1 · Acceptance
By accessing kimshui.net, our mobile application, or purchasing from Kim Shui Studio ("Kim Shui", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2 · Accounts
You may create an account with an email and password or by continuing with a third-party provider such as Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@kimshui.net if you suspect any unauthorized use.
3 · Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept, decline, or limit at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Payment is processed through our third-party payment partners; we do not store full card details on our servers.
4 · Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Complimentary US shipping is available on qualifying orders. Full-price ready-to-wear may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition. Sale, pre-order, made-to-order, custom, and final-sale items are non-returnable. Full policy on our Returns and Exchanges page.
5 · Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, garments, prints, photography, video, text, logos, and the Kim Shui script wordmark — is the property of Kim Shui Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6 · Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site to (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours; (c) upload malicious code or engage in scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated harvesting; or (d) impersonate any person or entity. We may suspend or terminate access for any conduct that violates these terms.
7 · User Content
When you submit content to Kim Shui — including photos uploaded for virtual try-on, custom-request notes, or messages — you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process it solely to provide the requested service. AI-generated try-on visualizations are for personal preview only and are not exact fit, fabric, or color renderings.
8 · Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kim Shui disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated previews will match a physical garment exactly.
9 · Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kim Shui and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and forms part of these terms.
11 · Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12 · Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
