Returns and Exchanges

Full-price ready-to-wear may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided pieces are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.

Pre-order, made-to-order, custom, sale and final-sale pieces are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

To start a return, email customercare@kimshui.net with your order number and the pieces you would like to return. Our team will respond Monday to Friday, 11am–5pm EST.
