Privacy Policy
Kim Shui Studio ("we", "us") collects the information you provide when you create an account, sign up for our mailing list, submit a form, or place an order — including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details processed by our payment partners.
We use this information to fulfill orders, provide customer care, send order updates, and — with your consent — send occasional newsletters about new collections, events and drops.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers required to run the store (payment processors, shipping carriers, email platform) and where required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@kimshui.net.

Virtual Try-On Photos
The Virtual Try-On feature uses AI to visualize how a Kim Shui garment might look on you. This section explains exactly what happens to the images you upload and the looks we generate.
- What we collect
- The photos you choose to upload as reference images of yourself, and the try-on images the AI generates from them.
- Why we collect it
- Solely to provide the Virtual Try-On feature — i.e., to generate images of you wearing a selected garment at your request.
- How your photos are processed
- When you tap "Dress Me", your reference photos and the selected garment image are transmitted to a third-party AI service provider that generates the try-on image for us. We use these providers only to produce the image and return it to your account.
- Where your photos are stored
- Your reference photos and generated looks are stored in private storage tied to your account. They are not visible to other customers and are not published on any part of the site.
- Our commitments
- Kim Shui does not use your uploaded photos or generated looks to train AI models. We do not post or share them. We access them only as needed to operate the feature or to respond to a support or privacy request you send us.
- Deletion
- You can delete any photo or generated look at any time from My Photos and My Looks in your account. Deleting removes the file from storage.
- Age
- Virtual Try-On is available only to users who are 18 or older. You confirm this before you upload your first photo.
