Return Policy

WITHIN 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date, you may return full priced items. Email us at info[@]kimshui.net immediately for return authorization information. 

AFTER 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.  Kim Shui is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. 

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, Kim Shui cannot be responsible for replacing the product. The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the packaged as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination.

Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns are as follows:

Customer has to bear shipping cost both sides if he/she wants to return the item.

Our return policy is however subject to the following:

(a) Items should be returned unused with tags. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

(b) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. 

(c) A re-stocking fee of 20% may be applicable for all types of returns.

(d) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

(f) All custom made and made to measure orders are non-returnable.

(g) All sample sale items are exchange only. Final Sale. 

We will not exchange or accept returns to any items that have been used, have any stains, emit body odors or perfume scents.

International

International shipping is available, shipping cost depends on weight. 

$50- 80 shipping via Tracked Priority USPS and UPS/Fedex
